Procedures & Protocols

Indulge Nail Studio is prepared to resume operations in light of the COVID-19, also known as Coronavirus, pandemic; and is adhering to requirements set forth by State and Federal guidelines in order to create a safe environment for employees and guests.

Limited Capacity- LIMIT of 10 Including technicians and clientele

  • Indulge is restricting the number of personnel within the establishment to maintain a controlled capacity. 

  • Appointments only, please book your appointment online 

  • We ask that you come to your appointment alone. Your companion will be asked to wait outside the premises. 

  • Please wait in your vehicle until your appointment time. We will contact you.'

  • Please understand your appointment is limited to your scheduled time. You will be asked to leave prior to the next client's arrival

Physical Separation to Maintain Social Distance

  • Sneeze guards have been installed between each set of client & tech as well as between the client and technician.

  • Nail bar and pedicure stations will be under-utilized as to minimize contact from one client to the next as well as technicians. 

 

Covid Cleaning

  • Must be added in between every service to allow for cleaning time to turn over station and disinfect appropriately

  • High touch areas will be cleaned often throughout the day.

Contamination Prevention

  • Client and Staff will be required to wash hands prior to nails services

  • Hand Sanitizers have been installed and readily available at each station

  • Please limit the use of your mobile device. However, if you intend to use your phone; a staff member can wrap your phone or offer you a disinfectant wipe

  • Limit your belongings to reduce contamination and bring into the salon your essentials

 

Food/Beverage:

  • No wine will be offered during this time

  • Coffee station will be off limits

  • No snacks or candy dish will be available

  • Please do not eat or drink unnecessarily during your appointment time to prevent contamination

 

Cashless Payments 

  • Use card on file for clients to limit cash and card exchanges

  • Venmo for gratuity

  • Cash acceptance is fine if arranged and authorized.  Make sure to sanitize and disinfect hands and cash. 

Additional

  • Indulge Staff will observe and be aware of illness symptoms from clients. Indulge reserves the right to refuse service to anyone with signs of illness.

  • Please confirm your health and have your temperature taken prior to entering

  • Masks will be required upon entering and for the duration of your appointment. Face Shield are available if you wish to wear one in addition to your mask.

  • Staff will be required to wear their mask, have their temperature taken and complete a wellness check.

  • Complete Symptom Screenings must completed by confirming your appointment prior to entering the salon. it will be sent to you via your confirmation email. Please read and confirm your appointment.
