Clients are always welcome to walk in; however, services are subject to availability. We honor our scheduled appointments first. Our goal is to provide quality services in a timely manor. In order to do so, please arrive on-time to your scheduled appointments. Your late arrival will cause schedule delays for clients who arrive promptly at their appointment time. However, if you are behind schedule, please allow us sufficient notice so that we can work you into the schedule accordingly as timing permits; or if possible, to reallocate your appointment.
Your appointments are very important to our Indulge Team, it is reserved specifically for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand that we look forward to servicing you at your scheduled time, but we require that all clients have a credit card on file due to our firm cancellation policy. We reserve the right to charge for the service amount if appointments are not met and/or canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
Cancellations less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount.
If the appointment is not met, "No Shows" will be charged 100%.
Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
Thank you for making sure you schedule THE BEST time that works for your schedule and giving us sufficient advance notice in the event of your inability to keep your scheduled appointment.
Thank you for understanding that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. Indulge policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.
